I often hear from clients that after years of various types of treatment, this is the first time they’ve experienced the kind of progress they were hoping for. 

At In Flow Behavioral Therapy, I specialize in treating challenging issues that benefit from specific, evidence-based approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotion dysregulation, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma and PTSD. If you’re struggling with debilitating issues, a mismatched approach could not only leave you stagnating, but it may also make matters worse.

I bring a neurodiversity-affirming lens to the evidence-based interventions I use, understanding that your specific neurotype is an integral part of who you are. I work hard to truly understand you and your experiences so that I can validate you in a meaningful way.

I always aim to strike a balance between encouraging change and accepting you as you are in this moment, recognizing that lasting change is most likely to occur within the context of a supportive environment. I’ll also help you cultivate that same sense of support and acceptance within yourself.
